Unverified promotional sale used as settlement

Nightmare of silence from Quest /Pineapple Claims after your formal decline (14 Aug). Their offer? Based on an unverified site’s screenshot - wrong part, no reviews - vs our dealer-issued Mercedes-Benz quote of R31,142.20. You’re accountable for your provider. Fix this. Please RT

Thank you for responding. I’d appreciate this being more than a holding statement, however. Could you please provide:
1. A named claims handler and direct contact for this escalation (not a generic team inbox)
2. A specific timeframe for resolution - it has already been two months now without progress
To be clear on the facts: the only verifiable OEM pricing on record is the Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle Centre Menlyn quote of R31,142.20 (WIP P46308), issued directly by an authorised dealer. Quest Claims’ settlement offer relies on a screenshot from an unverified aftermarket site with no reviews and, per my prior correspondence, referencing the wrong part. I look forward to a substantive response, not just an apology. #ConsumerRights #InsuranceSA
