Unresolved query 2nd time I'm posting on hello peter
Hi Guy's Pineapple still hasn't sorted out my query with regards to overcharging me I've tried to contact them several times even requested to be called countless times and decided to terminate my insurance with them now they seem to be ignoring me

08 Oct 2024, 16:10Hi I haven't been contacted as yet ,a lady by the name of Nerissa Naidoo keeps reading my messages and ignoring it she even promised to call me , she emailed today at 8 43 am stating she will call back shortly but I haven't received any call or assistance as yet this is my 3rd time posting on hello peter if it's not sorted out I will post everyday ,please can I deal with someone else either than nerissa Naidoo she just ignores my messages lies she will call I just can't anymore, and why is there not a direct line to contact pineapple and speak to someone
