Unresolved claim

I submitted a vehicle claim on the 1st of December and to date the claim has not been resolved, I keep having to call a month and a half later AOL drafting delays and settlement letter expiries in the midst of all this, I feel like they're intentionally delaying so that more debit order collections can be taken since I can't cancel the cover till the claim is processed. It's empty promises and endless stories from Nqobile,Nthabeleng and bulelwa. And when you try to reach them via email you will not get a response. To those who are with pineapple insurance, stay with the at your own risk. The fact the it's exactly 1 month and 15 days today without a claim that should've taken max 7-14 days, being resolved should show how unprofessional and selfish this company is.
