Unreliable Insurance – Only Available When They Want Your Money I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company. When I urgently needed roadside assistance, I tried contacting them via WhatsApp and phone calls through their official app — no response at all. However, the moment I sent a message pretending to be a new customer looking to sign up, they called me immediately. This clearly shows that this company is only interested in signing up new clients and not in providing the services that existing customers pay for and deserve. An insurance provider that disappears when you actually need help is unreliable and unsafe. If you’re considering joining, think twice. Insurance is about support in emergencies ,not silence.
