Unreachable

Hi I recently joined insurance with pineapple then I requested counselation within 48 hours of joining the insurance. I was taken from pillar to post before I could get the actual confirmation letter that the insurance has been canceled. Now after canceling my cover they Stil have a nerve to attempt to debit my account twice and causing unnecessary charges in my bank account. Yesterday they went again and debited my account 50 for what I do not know because I am not covered with them. I made it clear to the consultant that I do not want cover with pineapple because they do not give me peace off mind. An insurance company with no contact details how do you even get hold of the consultant with on trouble I feel that this company is very unreliable I do not recommend it to anyone. I was told that they only means of communication is via an app where you need to chat who on earth can one always have data to chat while in an accident or require road assistence? The honestly doesn't make sense. All I am asking from this insurance is for my debited amount to be credited back into my account by close of business today. I do not have any business with this insurance very ***** and unprofessional.
