Unprofessional service and bad insurance

Very bad, debiting my account after cancellation is very wrong. wouldnt advices anyone to insure with them, from failing to debit my account an amount of 2100 somthing and then my cover had to be cancelled and renewed after what happened i dont know, no explanation from their side, and when they debited my account, it was a lesser amount of 1700 somthing when i asked why no explanation and told my premiums are still the same. very bad services and technical issues.

I did a recalculation of my premiums after they cancelled my policy and proved me right, i would've continued paying more. I am super disspointed.
