Unimpressed

Waste of money , I am told after cracking my screen that i will have to wait 5 to 7 days to get an outcome from the assessment,As they must collect the device first .This will likely take two weeks to get resolved .I always ensured i was insured as it negates the risk of going without ,The rate you guys work i might as well just go and purchase another device .I have dealt with "regular " insurance companies and i was up and running within a day or two. To think i was planning to move my car across to pineapple .God forbid i maybe a month without transport.

I will take my macbook and Iphone insurance elsewhere next month .
