UNHAPPY CLIENT

I reported my phone missing and provided all the documents requested...I also mentioned I got into a taxi after dropping my vehicle for service, now a trip report for my car is ended for what exactly RAPH00628i have no idea...I believe everything they needed I provided but the list is endless each and everyday...my phone is lost now i must also provide prove of sim swap ,i never said i had a sim swap done...this keeps on dragging honestly, I'm disappointed.
