UNHAPPY CLIENT

I submitted my cellphone claim on the 12th of April 2021 till today they are still validating God knows what the agent is not helpful at all no one is giving me any feedback yet they said the claim will be finalized within 5-7 working days if there are any delays I will be contacted every 48 hrs. None of that has happened instead I am the one that waste my airtime to call them and finally I get transferred to the agent that is responsible for my claim by the name of Kaashifa who decided to mute the call on me. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
