UNHAPPY CLIENT

My claim was reject because Pineapple insurance said I took the policy online. I went through hippo to search for cheaper quotes and I was called by Pineapple. The Policy schedule that they have was wrong. An they cant prove my disclosure because I took the policy online.

I have requested a recording to date i am still waiting. it is really frustrating
