Unfair treament from Kefiloe Sehlapelo from Pinapple Insurance

It is with great disappointment that I write this complaint. Kefeiloe Sehlapelo of Pineapple is treating me unfairly and unprofessionally. I logged my claim on 22 April 2025 after my accident where a 3rd party is at fault on the incident. Pineapple then requested I supply them with all relevant information and documentation relating to the incident, including the 3rd party and her insurer and witness, which I have done so over and beyond without fail.

Since then, I sent follow up emails on my claim during the month of May 2025, to which there was no adequate response. I even had to return their Vehicle-Hire which was rented from the 26 April – 26 May 2025, and they just kept extending until I was car-less. She then contacted me and requested that I get proof that I do not have judgements on my name (puzzled as I am wondering how this is involved with the accident incident). She is now rushing me, despite my absence, as I have notified her that I am away on work commitments in the fields, and will attend to her upon return. I am compliant and I don't refuse to her request, but I am not available and they should wait for me like I waited for them (Pineapple Insurance) since April 2025. In the letter Kefiloe Sehlapelo has sent me, She claims the accident is from the 4th April 2025 which is false and this is done solely to exaggerate her request. All documents she mentioned in the letter I have supp**** to them in April/May 2025 already.
