Unauthorized debits & ********** activities

**********! I cancelled my policy with them in the beginning of 2021. Verbally, on their app and on email. And it was acknowledged. Right towards the end of the year, I get threatening sms's that they will be debiting my account, and was threatened too to be blacklisted. The reason to this I'm told is that a new system has been implemented by them to recover monies lost over the period that I was 'allegedly covered for' - i.e my cancellation was not documented, but surprisingly enough no debits or correspondence were effected at the time that I cancelled.
