UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

Unauthorized debit order from my bank account, They started by sending an SMS that they will debit my premiums which I responded saying I DO NOT have a policy with them. But they went ahead and tried to debit my account with returned with insufficient funds and I had to pay for those bank charges.
