Unacceptably poor service

Good day, I have been trying to get feedback regarding my vehicle claim. No one has called me since I logged my claim. The excuse received is they are understaffed at present. Their whatsapp chat is not manned. Prior to signing up they were calling timeously and daily however the after sales service is appalling. I need assistance and answers on my claim!!!!
