My car has been written off , I have been receiving confusing feedback from every consultant that I been talking to everyday that I have to call them, not them calling me, my car has since been sent to an auction site, although the claim is still in validation process. While all of this is going on all the line managers refuse to take my call nor my emails, guys please stick to the older bigger companies as these guys are proving to be very inefficient, careless, unprofessional and driagging their feet, whilst taking your monthly installment although theres nothing to insure anymore. Pineapple you have to do better seriously, service is terrible.

09 Apr 2026, 17:49One of the line managers has been investigating since last week im still awaiting response, I have susequesntly reported to ominsure who is also investigating, all the while, me and my family is strugglingvto get to work and school, because we are awaiting the pay out to get another car, and have lost both cars due to pineapple dragging their feet, this is not on I hope old mutual also gets involved here, dont think they want another iwyze scandal again. Needless to say I will keep everyone posted, that my car is insured for a certain amount of money, however Pineapple is stating that they are still looking for a market related amount of my 1995 car, go figure, change the policy when it comes to the claim stage
