Two months claim
Their process is so tedious. My claim was logged two months ago and they still haven't concluded with my claim. There's no feedback provided, instead you have to keep calling and chasing them to assist you. They still debit me on a monthly basis but the service is poor. I wouldn't recommend for anyone.
