Tshidi also sounded so happy to tell me they can’t assist !!!
I insured my phone with Pineapple which was worth R18499 . My phone got ****** and I claimed from them , they are offering a voucher of R15300 - R500 excess , which is R14800. I have been for a R20 000 premium for months now , later when I claim I am told I can only receive R14800 voucher! Pineapple is not what they say they are. Please be careful guys . I have referred so many people to insure their phones with them but I fear for them now . I am so angry and totally not happy

22 Oct 2021, 10:29It’s 7 and still no solution . I’m writing exams with no phone .. The CEO said they’ll call me back but no one has called me . I am just dealing with Bervin who keeps saying it is out of his hands but also still not getting a response from his superiors . Pineapple is such an inconvenience!! I am so unhappy !!!!!!!!
