Totally ******* at everything insurance related. Do not waste your time with Badapple!
Wow. This company is deplorable. Brand new car was rear ended at a pedestrian crossing waiting for pedestrians to cross, somehow made to feel I was at fault. Haven’t been in an accident in over 20 years of driving. Really interesting to get ‘offered’ an amount which was less than half the cheapest quote to repair after never even seeing the vehicle or the damage. Also the claims process. 1 week between each step of the process so 1 more person can get accustomed to spelling your name out to you. Totally disgusting. What a complete and utter ****. You are better off putting the money in a call account for the one day you may actually need to cover damages from an accident at least you’ll get something out.
