Total Incompetence
If there was a minus rating, I would give it. To get hold of any claim handler or get a call back is impossible. Even the app, which is totally ****, also doesn't work. NO RESPONSE from anybody. I have 2 claims that have not been dealt with. And then with my stupidity, I go and insure a 3rd vehicle with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS *********** INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!
