I’ve recently joined Pineapple and my experience has been super. Last night as I was setting up my profile I realised that things weren’t working well and I messaged for assistance. Waldo was on top of my issue and even though it took most of the day to resolve, he kept me posted the whole time and answered my silly question with much patience.
