I have had only good experience with the team at Pineapple, in specific Bridget who I have dealt with on multiple occasssions. Claims are often a complex process with the documentation requirement meaning that you have to deal with administrative servicer providers who are not always on their game, but Bridget has on many occasion helped me navigate the process and kept a great line of communication throughout, which goes a long way to alleviate the anxiety that an insurance claim can pose.
