Today I spoke to a lady by the name of Yvonne regarding a missed debit and she was very professional and clear in her communication. The conversation started on WhatsApp but when she saw I was not responding (I got distracted and forgot I was on a chat) she gave me a callback and we were able to conclude the query. Prior to this day I had another incident where I needed to get my car towed and they assisted me very quickly. For the few months I've had pineapple I am happy with their service so far.
