Today I opens my Pineapple app in order to make a claim

Today I opens my Pineapple app in order to make a claim. However all my information, as in the “to do list” was gone and it stated that I had to reuploaded it. I of course was concerned with uploading photos again as it could impact my claim. Thankfully Bandile helped me, reassuring me that it was a bug on the app and that the uploads should still be there. Once I followed her instructions I was able to make the claim. And true to her word the uploads were all there :)
