To start writing a review about Pineapple Insurance PRESS SEND I’ve been really impressed with the premiums—very competitive and great value for the coverage offered. Definitely one of the more affordable options I found after comparing several insurers. However, the customer service via WhatsApp could use some improvement. Response times are often delayed, which can be frustrating when you need a quick answer or support during an urgent situation. If they improve responsiveness on their messaging platform, this would easily be a 5-star experience. Still, for the price and coverage, I’d recommend them.
