Tideous claim process
I lodged a claim more than 3weeks ago, I submitted all my documents about 2weeks ago, I called the number, I spoke to a very professional gentleman by the name Neo who told me to practice patience, and now I'm becoming impatient it's been 2weeks with no feedback I need my laptop My phone fell, and I was told to submit a picture of my cracked screen which o didn't do I just handed the phone to Vodacom so they won't pay?

10 Aug 2020, 11:28Hi Bronny,
The claims team will need to look into the detail. In general the policy terms ask that you please present the damage before going ahead with the repair and it is a step in submitting the claim as well.
However we have asked the underwriter and claims team to see what can be done as there is a reputable repairer that can attest to the damage.
Kind regards,
Pineapple Team
