This insurance is a ****!

If there was an option for zero star I was definitely going to give the pineapple insurance. This insurance is a ****. I got ****** on the 27 of April and made the claim the same day on the app. I was requested again to send all the documents I sent on app a few days after. I mean what's the purpose of the app? I sent everything as requested. I was told I l will get my phone and watch within 5-7 working days. Today is the 21st of April and I still haven't received any solid information. 7 days ago I was told it's delayed because they still waiting for quotes. Yesterday I received another email saying the exact same story! How does one wait for quotation for a whole 7 days? I am frustrated because it's almost a month without a phone and it looks like I won't get it anytime soon. The communication is also not there, I have to constantly call or email for a way forward. I'm disappointed in pineapple!
