Think twice before going to Pineapple. Bad bad bad!!!!
I have been waiting for a response from pineapple since the beginning of this month to find ou what's going on with my refund. I have done as they said and I have driven under my 300km for the month of September.
I have try communication via the app but they simply do not come back to me I can see they did see my message but no reply.
They are very fast to debit the money but very slow with the refund part of the business that's if I'm going to get my money back.
The only reason why they claim to be number one on hellopeter is because the do give exiled help in the beginning after that you are the one who must struggle.
