They sell you lies, very unprofessional. Stay away from them

I’m only giving them 1 star because there’s no option of no stars at all. I took insurance with them and a guy named Mandela assisted me and quoted me a price of R1450, they sent me an incorrect cover and told me that they will change it. I have been debited an amount of R1750. When I reach out they keep on saying they are looking into to it yet still debiting me an incorrect amount. I called and emailed but they are ignoring my emails. This is so unprofessional especially given that they say all calls are recorded yet they cannot live up to the amount they give you. I am so disappointed and I am an unhappy customer.
