They make you buy Tracker without your knowledge

I am so disturbed by the amount of poor service and how they looted me in to selling a "Tracker" policy without my knowledge. People be careful of this insurance policy, you will take up a car insurance policy with them and they tell you they will install a tracker on your car for their own use but you end up being the one paying for it if you cancel you are told you have 36months contract (which you didn't even sign for) that they have failed to tell you about even after you ask they don't mention that at all and when the "Tracker" person installs the tracker he will make you sign and when you ask they tell you no you only signing that the tracker is installed so between the two parties no one tells you that the tracker is yours and if you cancel the insurance you will be obligated to pay for the tracker. I am so frustrated with this company, mind you both Pineaple and Tracker say they will send me the signed document until now i have not received it and even if i do that document i was told it belongs to the Pineaple as an insurer just so they know the tracker is installed, not once was i told it is MY tracker because i already had a tracker which i had already comminicated with them that I have... If you want peace of mind do not use this company, they don't even have customer contact Centre terrible!!!
