They don't update and keep you in the dark

Got into a accident on the 27th April didn't still don't know much on my claim they keep switching agents who are assisting with my claim they say they will update you and they don't even after you call in they just tell you they will be in contact it's a tedious process and very worrying cause you remain in the dark throughout the process right now in 3 weeks I'm on my 3rd validator and I only ever got communication from the one only in the 1st after making probably 4 or 5 follow ups on my own. They have moved my car without my knowledge or even updating me on the progress of the claim.
