They don’t respond to WhatsApp and emails very terrible service

One star is alot for them. I took out insurance because I was supposed to collect my new car. I got there and I couldn’t collect the car I then contacted them to cancel my insurance but somehow now I cannot get a hold of them this was back in April and even now they keep debiting money from my account and they ignore my WhatsApp messages and emails. I tried to go to the bank but they can’t help me they say I should contact pineapple directly but I can’t get a hold of them. So everyone reading this please don’t choose Pineapple insurance.
