They are not who they say they are

Worst insurance ever!! Made a 3rd party claim more than a month ago. They told me to send information about the other vehicle and owner... Before I could send the information, the claim moved and moved then they call me telling me they awaiting feedback. Feedback from what? If my claim was not completed. I already knew something was up with it. Only for them to call me after a month saying that they won't cover the claim. How can I rely on them. All there advertising is false. They will look for a reason not to pay out your claim. And I've been with them since 2022 and never had a claim. No one should ever fall for their false adverti*****ts
