They are dragging my claim

A month later, my claim is still not finalised and with no direction on my side, we are now in week 2 since the claim was sent for a review that is supposed to take 24-48 hours according to them. I am not given no timeously update, it is me that have to go after them calling everyday.

They sucks, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
