The worst experience

It's been 2 weeks now since I claimed my phone and when I keep on asking agents why no one has said anything to me they are telling me some guy called Paul will contact me until today, I haven't heard from him. I am so disappointed as I thought they are one of the best insurance companies it's so difficult to keep on asking them how far when you don't have a phone.
