The user interface really needs to be updated
The user interface really needs to be updated. Experience with the staff is always great - Surprise and Palesa assisted very promptly today after I was left hanging for the last 2 weeks regarding a different query. Was advised they were unable to assist in my situation and agreed to a cancelation. Haven't started that process yes but can only imagine I'll be pulling the remainder of my hair out.
