The settlement of write-offs takes forever to be finalised
The settlement of write-offs takes forever to be finalised. The company should be honest with their customers and inform them that as opposed to other insurances they take longer (+- 6 weeks) to finalise settlements. There is limited communication from the company side. You have to constantly follow-up with the company to ensure that your claim is being worked on.
