The service over the app and phonecalls was very efficient and handled professionally. I did not wait long to proceed with my claim. The consultants were also friendly and patient. I love the app so much because it's quicker access than phoning but I had a problem when I tried to make a claim, it said something went wrong and I should try again later. Can you please just look into the functionality of the app. Thanks
