The service and lack of communication is terrible
The service and lack of communication is terrible. I have made calls and emails for Monica Botha for a simple query and I have still not received feedback. I have expressed that I need my car fixed urgently but I have not been helped correctly. I don’t appreciate having to chase and follow up on claims and queries as if I am being chased and followed up on payments.
