The sales consultant who assisted me with the initial car insurance quote was good but forgot to add car hire to my policy schedule and had my home address incorrect. I was then frustrated because the pineapple app was not user friendly and I couldn't get assistance to change the abovementioned issues on the policy as the bots on the app couldn't understand my request. I was eventually called by Hlulani Makondo who managed to calm me down as I was very frustrated at this point and managed to make all the necessary changes to my policy and was genuinely very sweet and kind. Thank you Hlulani for all your assistance. You personally get 5 stars but Pineapple Insurance gets 4.
