The professionalism of the staff is excellent when you got to speak to them
The professionalism of the staff is excellent when you got to speak to them. What frustrated me was the response time for my call to get the policy activated. The response was after 18hours I had to make other means to get somebody from Pineapple not assigned to me to help me.
