The Pineapple team has been exceptional, they are so customer centric, from the first lady (Monica) who I spoke to when I called in to log a claim, to the second guy I spoke to and when following up, Beyers. My claim handler is not a claim handler, she felt like a big sister, she extended care to me, I ended up opening up to her about challenges outside the incident and she listened and gave encouragement. I cannot thank Eva Kganyago enough for her gentle and patient service throughout this process.
