The person I was chatting to: Refilwe assisted with the confusion the pineapple app was showing my vehicle not being insured and had this corrected and further advised I am now able to provide more details and upload pictures of the vehicle. My only issue is the application not updating this but as a tech survey person I understand this could have been a technical glitch.
