The only reason I’m giving a 3-star rating is because of Masego Baloyi- she has been the only one in touch with me since I made my claim a week ago
The only reason I’m giving a 3-star rating is because of Masego Baloyi- she has been the only one in touch with me since I made my claim a week ago. If I were rating her service alone, it would be much higher. However, Pineapple’s overall claims service has been disappointing and far from satisfactory.
