The financial institution financing my car required proof of insurance cover. I contacted Pineapple through the app on the 11th Nov 2024. Glenda promptly responded. She realised that there was additional information required to complete my enquiry, but unfortunately, I did not have it with me. I contacted her by email the following day 12th Nov at about 6h30 in the morning. True to her nature, she responded immediately by email followed up by a telephone call. The matter was resolved, and all the required documents were sent to me. In this day and age, one does not expect this kind of prompt and professional service coupled with courtesy and bubbliness. I was bowled over. Glenda is so motivated in her job and she does a fantastic job of representing her company.
