The excess is a lot because it was doubled
The excess is a lot because it was doubled.That was an unfortunate thing for me as I was going to be 6months in 5 days after the accident.Also having submitted information of the car that crashed into me I had expected the insurance to be able to claim from their insurance. However my assistant Zandile was very patient with me and followed up on my claim enough that it finally was successful.
