The employees are great but the system is not up to scratch I was told the refund for driving less was automatically paid to you every month but it’s not if I don’t ask about it every month it will not be refunded
The employees are great but the system is not up to scratch I was told the refund for driving less was automatically paid to you every month but it’s not if I don’t ask about it every month it will not be refunded. I consider that to be poor service with all the tech and AI available this should be automatic by now and not an issue but I have been requesting my refund since I joined in like sep or October last year…it’s never once been automatic
