The best insurance provider

My phone was ****** on the 8th of August and I reached out to Pineapple, I could open a case immediately as I needed an ITC number and Wendy reassures me that she'd let the claims team aware of the delay. I finally got the number on the 12th and I submitted my claim. On the 13th Philadelphia responded at 4pm asking for documentation, I sent it through and at 6pm I received a voucher to go purchase a new phone. Their service was swift. I thought I'd spend a couple more days without a phone but it took less than 24hrs. Excess was taken from my claim and I have been with them for less than a year. I honestly am impressed and I suggest it to family and friends. #WIN
