The BEST customer service there is! The WhatsApp communication is world-class. Takes away the fuss and gives you instant answers. I have never dealt with insurers and come away thinking what a great experience it was, until I dealt with Pineapple. Just insured a single vehicle but am going to get a quote for my comprehensive insurance for household and other vehicle too!
