The assistance I got from Lynique is great, she is swift and attends to the issue at hand. She contacted the departments which could assist me with my issues. However, my complaint is generally with pineapple, I got one quote and then later it was altered once I signed up, this really make me concerned with reliability. Also the whole discount for travelling less seems to be non existent. As I have been travelling under 300km with no discount. Overall, those who are ment to assist are great and helpful but I still think work needs to be done with overall service.
