The app is a bit difficult to understand

The app is a bit difficult to understand. Difficult to manoeuvre between different things you want . Also the fact that I can’t call , I only have to wait for a reply on WhatsApp for hours before getting assistance is a bit annoying but I’ll give it a 3 star for overall satisfaction.
